Sébastien Soyez
Bio
Sébastien Soyez is Senior Record Manager en Digital Curation Adviser. Hij is verantwoordelijk voor het beleid inzake Records Management bij het Rijksarchief en hij superviseert de Digital Transfer & Archiving van het federaal overheidsarchief. Hij staat in voor het uitstippelen van nieuwe strategiën en nieuw beleid voor digitale archivering, onder meer door onderzoeksprojecten te promoten (digitale omslag, webarchivering, enz.).
Hij is houder van een speciale Master in de Informatie- en Communicatiewetenschap en -Technologie (Université Libre de Bruxelles, 2000) en van een master in de Geschiedenis, met onderwijskwalificatie (ULB, 1998).
Taken
* Digital Archivist =
Archivaris verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht, de overbrenging en de archivering van digitaal archief van de Belgische federale besturen (advies, audit, beleid en uitvoering van de elektronische archivering)
* Records manager =
Archivaris verantwoordelijk voor het beleid en het beheer van alle digitale gegevens die in een tussenfase worden gevormd en beheerd door het Algemeen Rijksarchief
